The Magic City Parrot Head Club proudly presents our 5th annual beach party and fundraiser, Wastin' Away In MargaritaHAM, to be held at Logan's Roadhouse on Hwy. 280 (100 Resource Center Parkway) in Birmingham, Alabama 35242. The event starts at noon and the band plays until 6 PM. Tickets are $15 in advance (by May 1) or $20 at the door. Music will be provided by A1A, the Official Jimmy Buffett Tribute Show, from Atlanta. Food and drink specials available. Door prizes throughout the afternoon. Silent auction from noon to three. All of the proceeds from the auction will be donated to Alzheimer's of Central Alabama. Examples of auction items (payment by cash or check) are one of a kind adirondack chair, bar table and chairs, uniquely painted TV trays, neon bar lights, dinner for two from many of the top local restaurants, parrot items, movie passes, oil changes, many beachy and Buffett themed gift items. For more info call 213-9408.
